Prices and inclusions

I’ve tried to price this as low as possible to make it as accessible as possible for everyone. One of the best features of the house is its location near grocery stores – this means we can self cater our meals, which will help us to further keep costs down.

General pricing extended to allow last minute registrations!
You can register until 20 February 2019:

If you need accommodation:

$750 CAD + GST (787.50 total)

If you don't need accommodation:

$425 CAD + GST (446.25 total)

Residential participant fee includes:
  • 3 nights’ accommodation (Thursday, Friday, Saturday nights) in an excessively luxurious house in Vancouver, where every bedroom has its own ensuite. Perfect for all of us introverts who need a quiet space to regroup after all the interaction!
  • Access to the indoor heated pool and sauna
  • Workshops with Carmen on Friday and Saturday, and Sunday morning
  • Finale and reading event on Saturday afternoon/evening
Non residential participant fee includes:
  • Workshops with Carmen Friday and Saturday, and Sunday morning
  • Finale and reading event on Saturday afternoon/evening

Payment methods

If your budget doesn’t permit paying right away, just let me know. If you reserve a spot, I’ll keep it for you, and we can sort out financials later.
 

Small disclaimer:

I’m so excited that this is becoming a reality, but would also just note that the final details are still being refined and sorted out. A couple of things might change slightly, depending on what ultimately works for others, but I’ll try not to deviate from what’s outlined on this website.
